To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in retail management or customer-facing roles

  • A love for styling and connecting with your customers

  • A strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales

  • Available to work a Sunday to Friday roster

  • Experience with stock management, rostering, and store operations

  • An ability to lead by example and coach others to success

  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach

  • Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining impeccable store presentation

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all daily operations and store performance

  • Lead, coach and develop the team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service

  • Deliver a premium in-store experience through styling and consultative selling

  • Oversee stock levels, replenishment and accurate reporting

  • Uphold high VM standards and maintain the store's visual appeal

  • Build strong VIP customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
