Assistant Store Manager - Perth DFO

Part-Time (26 Hours) | Sun, Mon, Tues alternating Thurs/Fri

About You

You're a natural people leader with a love of premium fashion. Whether full-time or part-time, you're energised by fast-paced environments and thrive on helping customers look and feel their best. Your strong sales history, eye for detail, and commitment to high grooming and service standards make you the perfect fit for this team.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in retail management or customer-facing roles

• A love for styling and connecting with your customers

• A strong track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales

• Available to work a Sunday to Friday roster

• Experience with stock management, rostering, and store operations

• An ability to lead by example and coach others to success

• Excellent communication skills and a consultative sales approach

• Passion for visual merchandising and maintaining impeccable store presentation

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all daily operations and store performance

• Lead, coach and develop the team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service

• Deliver a premium in-store experience through styling and consultative selling

• Oversee stock levels, replenishment and accurate reporting

• Uphold high VM standards and maintain the store's visual appeal

• Build strong VIP customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
