Your new company
Commercial electrical and mechanical services' contractor with offices across multiple states. An opportunity has arisen for a Billings Officer to join their team, delivering high-quality billing support across service, finance, and compliance functions.
Your new role
- Raise purchase orders, process receipts, manage vendor and customer forms- Prioritise urgent billing in line with direction from management
- Assist with accounts receivable, payable, and aged debt resolution
- Provide financial support to service and delivery managers
- Ensure compliance with contractual documentation and client portals
- Maintain customer records including licences, insurance, and registers
- Prepare and contribute to financial reporting requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in report writing and financial/operational data analysis- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- ERP Systems experience: SAP/JDE or similar
- Problem-solving and analytical capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across teams
- Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships
