In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the team — supporting day-to-day operations across human resources, events, projects and business administration. No two days will be the same, and your contribution will be genuinely valued.
You will also be responsible to:
- Support our people operations, helping with recruitment, onboarding, advertising positions, panel coordination and separation processes.
- Provide occasional event support, from booking travel and accommodation to organising catering, rostering, logistics, and hands‑on event setup and pack‑down.
- Maintain key records including asset registers, licences, collateral tracking, and data entry across key databases.
- Support project delivery, helping plan and prioritise tasks to meet important timeframes.
- Undertake research and contribute to best‑practice tools and systems that uplift communication and engagement across ITP.
- Provide occasional business support for finance management activities across the ITP team, including payments of invoices and record keeping.
- Stay across legislation, policy and process requirements, offering sound business process advice to staff.
- Build strong working relationships, ensuring positive and effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
What we are looking for (qualifications, registrations, experience):
- Experience in undertaking administration roles in a large business unit involving human resources and project support.
- Sound skills and experience in using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, Teams and PowerPoint, to deliver administrative services in a large business unit.
- A track record of working in a team to deliver great customer service.
Whilst not mandatory, the following would be highly regarded:
