Angie’s Kitchen serves up succulent, happy dumplings bursting with flavour in a chic dining environment at two locations – Moonee Ponds and Watergardens Shopping Centre. With over fifteen years of hospitality experience, our team strives to bring the best dishes from the East and present them in a modern way for all to enjoy.

We are searching for an exceptional Chef at our Moonee Ponds team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asian cuisine and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

·Proven experience in Asian cuisines, particularly dumpling making, and wok cooking

·Strong skills in menu and recipe development, budgeting, and implementation

·Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment

·A hands-on management style with the ability to lead and direct kitchen staff effectively

·Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

·Ability to work with minimal supervision

·Strong commitment to delivering high-quality food and exceptional standards

·Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures

·Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
