Our industry partner, FRANKY'S CAFE PTY. LTD., trading as Frankie’s Food Factory Glenhaven, operates a well-established modern café-style restaurant in the Glenhaven area of New South Wales.

The venue offers a vibrant breakfast and lunch dining experience, featuring a diverse menu of modern café favourites prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and delivered with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

To support the café’s operational requirements and maintain its high standards, Frankie’s Food Factory Glenhaven is seeking skilled and experienced Cooks to join its kitchen team. These roles are essential to assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen quality and hygiene standards, and ensure a smooth service during peak periods.

Salary Range: $75,000–$80,000 AUD

Location: 609 Old Northern Road, Glenhaven, NSW 2156

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and cook food items in accordance with established recipes and instructions.
2. Assist in basic food preparation, including cutting, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
3. Ensure dishes are produced consistently and presented in line with expected standards.
4. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations throughout operations.
5. Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements:

1. At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
   • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
   • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
   • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
   • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support overall kitchen operations.
