Join a Global Food Manufacturing Leader at Their Sydney Botany Facility
A major international food manufacturing company is currently expanding its engineering team at its large Botany production site. We are recruiting for 8 engineering roles to support major capital projects, plant upgrades, and ongoing site improvements in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
We are seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:
- Mechanical Project Engineer – 2 positions
- Senior Mechanical Engineer – 1 position
- Mechanical Engineer – 1 position
- Construction Supervisor – 1 position
- Electrical Project Engineer – 1 position
- Electrical Engineer – 1 position
- Electrical Project Manager – 1 position
Key Responsibilities (across all roles):
- Manage and deliver engineering projects from concept through to commissioning and validation
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, OH&S, and all regulatory requirements
- Provide strong technical leadership and hands-on project execution in a 24/7 operating plant
What You’ll Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3-8+ years’ relevant project engineering or construction experience (FMCG or food manufacturing highly regarded)
- Solid understanding of GMP, OH&S regulations, and capital project delivery
- Experience with MS Project, budgeting, contractor management, and working in regulated environments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours and occasional weekends during project peaks
Location: Botany, Sydney (excellent access via M1/M5)
