We seek a self-motivated, strategic Corporate Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong business relationships, establishing new client accounts and nurturing existing accounts within Corporate and Government segments.

About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working closely with the regional and national sales team to identify and target new business opportunities, as well as managing and retaining existing clients
  • Attend networking functions, seminars to promote the Grace brand and services offered
  • Completion of sales reporting requirements
  • Adhere to the Corporate Services processes, procedures, and accounts management guidelines
  • Escalate client service failures and participate in issue resolution where required

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A proven sales success within a corporate service environment
  • Have self-motivation to succeed
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with people at all levels (both internal and external) with confident verbal and written communication
  • Ability to develop pipeline growth and new business development and formidable closer
  • Persuasive negotiation skills
  • Willing to work in a team environment whilst accountable for your own actions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You will be highly regarded if:

  • you bring industry / Mobility / Corporate BDM experience, and /or an existing corporate network with pipeline opportunities
  • you’re driven to succeed and surpass budget expectations there will be even more in it for you. You will be working with great people and will be supported by a management team that has extensive industry experience.
