HR Business Partner – APAC (12 Month, Fixed‑Term)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us on a fixed‑term basis, partnering closely with leaders across a dedicated APAC region.

This is a hands‑on generalist role for someone who enjoys working close to the business - providing practical HR advice, managing employee relations, and ensuring disciplined, compliant HR administration. You’ll be equally comfortable partnering with leaders at a strategic level and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary HR contact for a designated region (6 - 7 sites, ~150 employees)

  • Providing practical advice on employee relations, performance, and people matters

  • Supporting core HR administration as required: recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS updates, reporting, and lifecycle changes

  • Supporting employee relations matters with a fair, consistent, and compliant approach

  • Partnering with leaders to strengthen engagement and people leadership

  • Providing cover and support to other regions as needed to maintain business continuity

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid generalist HR experience, ideally in an operational or multi‑site environment

  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

  • A pragmatic, collaborative style with confidence working with frontline leaders

  • Comfortable balancing strategic partnering and administrative execution
