What does the job look like

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Logistics Officer with High Reach experience to join our growing team based in Rydalmere.

In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.

• Receiving deliveries, unpacking, sorting, and checking goods for quality, accuracy, and condition
• Performing stock counts and audits as required
• Operating a high reach forklift safely and efficiently
• Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies
• Travelling to key customer sites across Sydney when required using a company vehicle

Are you the one?

You are a proactive and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can also work autonomously when needed. You can demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment
• A current forklift licence with high reach experience
• A valid driver’s licence
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office
• Experience with warehouse management systems or ERP (desirable)
