We are looking for exceptional Machinists (First Class) – CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Programmer/Operator to join our team.

Responsibilities of the Role

  1. Setting up all tools to be used for the machining process
  2. Setting up the work piece on the machine using an overhead crane
  3. Interpreting mechanical and blueprints
  4. Checking work piece and its tolerances using precision measuring instruments
  5. Checking all safety precaution before starting machining
  6. Manual programming using G codes and M codes
  7. Cleaning the machine before and after machining

Qualifications of the Role

  1. Relevant experience in the related industry.
  2. Trade qualification as a Machinist – desirable.
  3. Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings.
  4. Knowledge of measuring tools such as vernier calliper, slip gauges, dial bore gauges, etc.
  5. Knowledge of using cutting tools such as end mill, slot drills, milling cutters, machine and hand taps, etc.
  6. Experience working with machines such as Eunuch universal CNC bed mill (3-meter bed), Hartford CNC machining centre, Zayer CNC bed milling machine Heidenhain 3000, Mazak Quick turn CNC lathe, and Megabore hollow spindle CNC lathe – highly desirable.
  7. Be able to follow and carry out instructions cooperatively and accurately.
  8. Have a can-do attitude and want to learn.

The ideal candidate will receive a salary within the range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
