Marketing Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Clontarf, QLD. This role is ideal for someone who understands multicultural markets, has a creative mindset, and can execute impactful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand portfolio across Australia
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM)
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and in-store marketing activities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and external marketing agencies
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Support brand positioning and expansion into new markets
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or food industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Knowledge of multicultural or ethnic markets is highly desirable
Logistics Manager
About the Role
Salary : $75000 to $85000
Location: Coburg North
As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of Times International’s supply chain logistics. You will lead the movement of goods from ports and suppliers to warehouses and finally to retail customers across Australia. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and transport operations, particularly in the FMCG or ethnic food sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of national logistics operations, including inbound freight, warehousing, and outbound deliveries
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of products to customers
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee warehouse stock management and ensure inventory accuracy across all distribution centers
- Monitor delivery performance, freight costs, and vendor compliance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements
- Lead a team of logistics and warehouse staff, providing direction, training, and support
- Use logistics software and systems to track shipments, analyze supply chain performance, and forecast future needs
- Support business expansion by scaling logistics capacity in line with product range growth and market demand
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a logistics or warehouse management role, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian logistics regulations and import requirements
- Experience Imports, managing national distribution networks and third-party logistics providers
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Indian and ethnic grocery products is highly advantageous
