$78,000 - $85,000 (salary will be commensurate to qualifications and experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detecting and diagnosing faults in engine and parts
- Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance
- Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of computers
- Inspecting and certifying vehicles for road-worthiness
- Dismantling and removing engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other components, and checking parts
- Repairing and replacing worn out and defective parts and reassembling mechanical components, and referring to service manuals as needed
- Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as: oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of vehicles and ensure compliance with pollution regulations
- Reassembling engines and parts after being repaired
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant AQF Cert III including 2 years of on-the-job experience or Cert IV
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may replace the requirement of having a qualification.
- Applicants with qualifications must demonstrate 1 years of relevant experience.
Retail Buyer (ANZSCO: 639211 – Retail Buyer)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analysing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern
- Monitor used vehicle market for trends in vehicle values
- Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products
- Manage and analyse stock levels and order points using computers and statistics
- Maintain ongoing customer relations with Auction Personnel and Fleet Representatives
- Sourcing and building relations with new suppliers
- Liaising with existing suppliers and negotiating contracts
- Monitoring competitors' sales activities by following their advertisements in newspapers and other media
- Recommending clearance sales and varying delivery schedules to help control stock levels
- Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
- Participating in promotional activities
- Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts to promote key lines
- Working with the advertising in order to present sales promotions
- Communicating frequently with store management to discuss planning, budgeting, sales promotions and advertising campaigns
- Writing reports and forecasting sales levels
Qualifications and Experience:
