About the Role

At Ozmosis, we’re all about bringing the coastal lifestyle to the streets and as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at Ozmosis Salamander Bay, you’ll be a huge part of making that happen. You’re the friendly face customers see when they walk in, the person who knows what’s new, what’s trending and what’s going to make someone’s day.

This role is perfect for someone who’s upbeat, reliable and loves being part of a supportive, close‑knit crew. If you’re passionate about surf, skate or streetwear culture (or just love the vibe), you’ll feel right at home with us. We’re on the search for crew who have flexible availability to work throughout weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer with genuine energy and help them find the gear that suits their style. You’ll keep things relaxed, friendly and all about the customer experience.
• Work with your team to hit daily sales targets, jump into promotions and look for opportunities to boost the basket size, all while keeping it fun and collaborative.
• You’ll help keep the floor tidy, stocked and visually on point. From folding denim to merchandising displays, you’ll make sure the store reflects the easygoing Ozmosis feel.

• Stay across our products, brands and bestsellers so you can guide customers confidently. You’ll learn the ranges, share what’s new, and help customers walk out feeling stoked.
• Jump in where needed: unpacking stock, prepping the floor for the next day, helping with stocktake or stepping up when leadership needs a hand.
• Bring positivity, communication and a “let’s do this” attitude. You’ll help create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
