    About OAK OT

The OAK name is more than a logo—it's a symbol of growth.

Just as an acorn becomes a mighty oak tree, we nurture our clients and our team to grow strong and confident in their own unique way. We're a place where no two clinicians are the same, and where individualised support isn't just for clients—it's for our team, too.

Here's what our current team say:

    • "I truly would not be the therapist, or the person, I am today without this workplace!"
    • "Having a supportive team to bounce ideas off, problem-solve with, and share wins (and challenges) makes such a difference."
    • "I have always felt seen and valued as a person, not just as a role or a number on a team."
    • "The flexibility around work hours and location has made me feel trusted and respected—it allows me to balance work and life in a way that supports my wellbeing."
    • "We don't take ourselves too seriously, are always up for a laugh or a chat, and still deliver high-quality therapy. There's a great balance between work and fun."
    • "This environment has played a big role in shaping me into the professional I am today. I've gained skills, confidence and a deeper belief in my own abilities."
    • "Everyone is supportive and welcoming. I feel encouraged to do my best and appreciate the openness to a healthy work–life balance."
    • "The work is meaningful, expectations are clear, and there's plenty of room to learn and improve along the way."
    • "I feel truly valued, trusted and appreciated—and viewed as a person first, including being allowed to have bad days."
    • "Burnout awareness and prevention are genuinely prioritised. There are many opportunities to celebrate wins and reflect on moments we're proud of."
