  • Provide person-centered care to children and NDIS participants.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements and a supportive team environment.

  • Company Overview

At Find Your Way Therapy Services, we believe in helping people find their way—no assumptions, just compassionate, person-centered care that meets participants where they are and helps them get where they want to go.

We’re growing our paediatric team and looking for an Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and helping them learn a new skill, conquer a fear, or join in the game.

    What’s in it for you?

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to lead by example, mentor our newer team members, and be a key voice as we grow. Join us to work in a team where ideas are welcomed, questions are encouraged and we make sure we’ve got each other’s backs.

We value openness, humour and honest conversations. You’ll never be expected to have all the answers all the time, but curiosity and kindness is core to how we work. We’re all about celebrating individuality, supporting growth, and keeping things fun.

If you’re ready to join a team that’s as passionate about making a difference as we are about having fun, we’d love to hear from you!

    What we offer

Well, where do we start?! We’re all about having perks at work, without burning you out. We want you to love working here and feel supported in all aspects of your life. That’s why we offer:

    • Competitive Salary + superannuation (Because you deserve to be rewarded for the amazing work you do!)
    • Flexible Work Arrangements: We often go to our participants, so you are trusted to manage your day your way with flexible arrangements to balance life and work.
    • Company vehicle for work (and play)—because who doesn’t love free fuel!
    • Birthday Leave: An extra day of leave to celebrate YOU!
    • Annual Wellbeing Budget: Prioritise your personal wellness— whether it’s new workout gear, or massages, we’ve got your back.
    • Access to an Employee Assistance Program: We know OT (and life) can be a tough gig, so we have 24/7 support for you and your family.
    • Tailored Paediatric Caseloads: Paediatric caseloads tailored to your strengths (we match your clients to your interests where possible). This includes realistic billable goals that balance your ways of working and the business needs.
    • Professional Development Support: Ongoing learning is a passion of ours so we make sure to provide a development budget and plenty of learning opportunities every year.
    • People-Centered Leadership: Growth, collaboration, and transparent decision-making with plenty of team events (hello coffee walk and talks!)
    • Geelong-based role: In the heart of Geelong for easy access to clients, home, and the beautiful waterfront.

    What we ask from you

With great perks comes great responsibilities! Just kidding, but we are looking for someone who’s curious to learn, open to feedback, kind to themselves and others. From a clinical side of things we’re seeking an OT with:

    • Clinical Expertise: Experience working with paediatric and NDIS participants, including neurodiverse and neurological clients. Familiarity in any of the following areas is preferred:

    • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with internal and external personnel and participants.
    • Technical Skills: High computer literacy – we use Outlook, MS365, Teams and SPLOSE.
    • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team both in an office environment, and in participants environments.
    • Adaptable: Flexible to adjust to varying client needs and demands.

    The nitty gritty

We do have some specific requirements for the role.

    • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
    • Current Occupational Therapy registrations with with AHPRA and clearance for NDIS Workers Screening and Working With Children’s Check
    • Experience with children in a clinical or community-based OT role
    • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
