The Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you’ll:
Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.
Deliver medications and products directly to our customers on occasion.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must have availability to work weekends.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
