Seeking an Experienced and Compassionate Practice Nurse to Join Our Friendly Professional Team

Located in the heart of Milsons Point, our modern and well-established medical centre is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our local community.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a collaborative general practice environment. You will support our GPs and contribute to the smooth day-to-day clinical operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Immunisations and vaccine cold chain management

• Chronic disease management and care plans

• Health assessments (including 75+ health checks)

• Wound care and dressings

• Assisting with minor procedures

• ECGs and other clinical procedures

• Patient education and health promotion

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

• Previous general practice experience preferred

• Strong clinical and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and patient care approach

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Experience with Best Practice software (desirable)
