With a strong focus on clinical and operational platforms, you will be accountable for delivering defined project outcomes on time, within scope and to budget, while operating within the organisation’s PMO governance framework.

You will work closely with internal IT teams, vendors, clinicians and corporate functions to ensure solutions are implemented effectively and sustainably across a multi-site healthcare environment. This role requires the ability to manage technically complex initiatives, balancing structured delivery with pragmatic problem-solving and strong stakeholder engagement.

In addition to core project delivery, you will support the people side of change by contributing to communication, training and readiness activities that drive successful adoption of new systems and processes. Where required, you will also operate within Agile delivery environments, facilitating key ceremonies and supporting teams to deliver value iteratively.

About You

  • You will lead delivery across PRP's core clinical and operational platforms, including RadPair, Magentus Genie, Comrad and Salesforce. Regular travel across all PRP locations is required.
  • You must have proven experience delivering technology and systems projects end-to-end, ideally within healthcare, radiology, or other highly regulated environments. Your background must include:
  • Demonstrated success managing projects across the full lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality management.
  • Experience delivering implementations or upgrades of clinical and operational systems (e.g. RIS/PACS or comparable platforms).
  • Strong understanding of structured PMO governance frameworks, with disciplined approaches to planning, reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, engaging effectively with clinicians, technical teams, vendors and senior leaders.
  • Proven capability in identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with external vendors and third-party delivery partners.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies, including facilitating sprint ceremonies or acting in a scrum master capacity.
  • Practical understanding of change management principles and supporting user adoption through communication and training activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • A data-driven approach to project reporting, performance tracking and decision-making.
