Well Mind & Body Psychology – Sydney North Shore
About the Practice
Well Mind & Body Psychology is a boutique private practice with a 20-year reputation for excellence in the Sydney North Shore area. We are defined by a "quality over quantity" philosophy; we don’t believe in churning through high volumes of clients. Instead, we prioritize the "therapeutic fit," ensuring appropriate client allocation and supporting long-term therapy to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
As our name suggests, we believe the mind-body connection is integral to mental health. We have a robust, long-standing GP referral base specializing in Eating Disorders, Trauma, Anxiety, and Depression.
Why Join Our Clinical Team?
Clinical Focus: Our dedicated Practice Manager handles the bulk of your administrative duties, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients.

Modern Flexibility: Enjoy a hybrid work model with the ability to work from home and access our cloud-based Practice Management System for seamless telehealth or in-clinic sessions.
Healthy Caseloads: We manage regular bookings with your wellbeing in mind, avoiding burnout by ensuring your books are balanced, not just "filled."
Professional Development: Join a team that values the "art and science" of therapy and supports your growth into complex clinical areas.
