Kickin’ Inn Perth CBD delivers a vibrant, energetic, and family-friendly dining atmosphere, supported by high-volume service operations and a strong focus on customer experience, consistency, and brand standards. As the business continues to expand and uphold its reputation for quality food and service, Kickin’ Inn Parramatta is seeking a Skilled and Experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team to continued success.

Salary Range : 75,000-80,000AUD

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery across front-of-house and kitchen functions
  2. Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, high-performance, and customer-focused team culture
  3. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, service, and presentation in line with Kickin’ Inn brand standards
  4. Manage staff rostering, attendance, and performance to ensure adequate coverage during peak service periods
  5. Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, food, and inventory, to support profitability and efficiency
  6. Liaise with suppliers, manage procurement, and oversee inventory control to minimise waste and maintain stock levels
  7. Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  8. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, hygiene, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) regulations at all times
  9. Maintain accurate operational records, including sales reports, staff records, and compliance documentation
  10. Support the implementation of promotional activities, special events, and service initiatives in line with business objectives

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
  2. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a fast-paced dining environment
  3. Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage front-of-house and/or kitchen teams
  4. Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including service flow, staffing, and customer service standards
  5. Demonstrated experience in rostering, cost control, and operational efficiency
  6. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  7. Ability to work under pressure in high-volume service periods while maintaining quality standards
  8. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS compliance requirements
  9. Commitment to maintaining brand standards and delivering consistent guest experiences
