About the Job Position
We are looking for an experienced full-time Retail Manager for our food stalls at the Queen Victoria Market.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions, promoting, advertising and selling the food stall products to customers and advising them on the products sold, setting retail prices, and performing other related duties.
Skills and Experience required
• Relevant AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma plus 12 months of work experience in the same occupation OR three years of work experience in the same occupation
• Passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Attention to details
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work withing time constraints
• Punctual, alert and well groomed
