Parttime Sales Administrator needed for a 6month contract

Your new role
Working closely with the National Support Manager, youll be responsible for coordinating the endtoend administration of fleet orders for key Queensland customers. You will also liaise with dealerships, maintain order databases, assist with reporting and support the wider team with customer enquiries and tender activity.This is a 6month contract, working Monday to Thursday (0.8 FTE) with one day per week from home.

  • Support the Key Account Manager with ongoing fleet account coordination.
  • Manage administrative tasks for vehicle orders, including data entry, logistics and follow up actions.
  • Forecast monthly vehicle volumes to ensure stock availability.
  • Build, code and contract vehicles based on order requirements.
  • Maintain accurate order records and prepare weekly progress/status reports.
  • Respond to customer and dealer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with dealerships to source vehicles and track delivery timelines.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in sales support, account coordination or project coordination.
  • Experience in automotive or fleet settings is highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP essential.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Victorian drivers licence required
