About the role  

Based onsite at the corporate Homebush West office, you will support the CFO’s EA in delivering high-level support to the CFO and management team. You’ll coordinate and execute administrative, operational, and organisational activities for Finance Administration, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will;

  • Manage end to end credit card reconciliations, including discrepancy follow‑up and the maintenance of organised digital records.
  • Coordinate complex calendars, meeting rooms, and high-priority stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation and follow up actions.
  • Oversee mail coordination, document control, and distribution.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries for multiple stakeholders while tracking all associated costs for accurate reporting.
  • Handle internal and external enquiries while developing strong working relationships across the business.
  • Draft communication, correspondence, and briefing notes.
  • Assist with divisional projects, workshops, training sessions and planning days.
  • Complete additional ad hoc tasks as required and provide support across broader organisation initiatives.

About you  

You bring experience in administrative or executive support roles, including capability in accounts administration.  You demonstrate a high level of discretion, maintain strict confidentiality, and exercise professional judgement.

You will also have;

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative with a continuous improvement mindset.
