About The Role

This position blends consulting with leadership responsibilities.

You’ll continue seeing patients while also guiding our podiatry team in biomechanical assessment, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based MSK care — helping ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across the clinic.

As our MSK Clinical Lead, you’ll help:

â Mentor and train podiatrists in biomechanics and musculoskeletal management
â Develop and refine clinic-wide MSK “Signature Systems”
â Lead internal CPD and clinical training sessions
â Support advanced technology use (shockwave, laser, rehab protocols)
â Strengthen evidence-based clinical delivery across the team

This role is designed for someone who enjoys teaching just as much as treating.

The position aligns with our internal Clinical Lead framework focused on mentoring, CPD delivery, and system development .

Requirements

â Bachelor or Master of Podiatry with AHPRA registration
â Minimum 5 years clinical experience
â Strong MSK and biomechanical background
â Experience with rehabilitation planning and orthotic therapy
