Overview
Reporting to the Field Sales Assoc Manager, the Area Sales will be responsible for managing the relationships with retailers within a designated sales area to maintain optimum sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Visiting all major retailers and independents were SodaStream is ranged
• Achieving monthly and quarterly area sales budgets
• Managing relationships with retailers within designated sales area
• Daily reporting on retail visits through CRM system
• Seeking and developing new door opportunities within designated sales area
• Providing necessary training and sales support to retail stores
• Attending demonstration days and trade shows as required
• Managing part-time merchandiser, scheduling rosters and merchandising visits
• Maintaining planogram and marketing compliance across relevant retailers
• Identifying and implementing sales opportunities through merchandising and in-store marketing
• Following agreed sales cycle
• Completing store visits within agreed call cycle
• Completing regional store visits within agreed call cycle
• Ensure cylinder collection run smooth for all stores
• Representing SodaStream in a professional manner
• Placing and influencing store orders in direct ordering retailers through CRM
• Influencing and maintaining order triggers within replenishment order retailers
• Attend quarterly sales meetings
• Maintaining In Store Standards to agreed levels
Requirements:
• Daily/Weekly communication with NFSM
• Daily reporting to acceptable standards and timings
• Maintaining In Store Standards to agreed levels
• "On the road" between 8:30am and 5:00pm
• Quarterly appointments with store managers or franchisee where required
• Completing store visit checklist for each visit through CRM
• Phone contact with regional stores every 4 weeks
