About the role:
Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their growing team.
In this role, you will deliver people-centred, goal-driven, and evidence-based therapy to clients ranging from young children (from 2 years old) through to adults. You will work closely with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Your scope of practice will include:
- Speech sound development and articulation
- Pre-literacy and literacy skills
- Paediatric feeding support
- Paediatric and adult stuttering
- Swallowing and mealtime management
- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Social communication and relationship development
- Employment and education support

Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership (or eligibility)
- Relevant professional registration
- A commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for supporting clients across the lifespan
- NDIS experience (desirable but not essential)
- Valid Working With Children Check and relevant clearances
