    About the role: 

    Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their growing team.

    In this role, you will deliver people-centred, goal-driven, and evidence-based therapy to clients ranging from young children (from 2 years old) through to adults. You will work closely with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.

    Your scope of practice will include:

    • Speech sound development and articulation
    • Pre-literacy and literacy skills
    • Paediatric feeding support
    • Paediatric and adult stuttering
    • Swallowing and mealtime management
    • Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
    • Social communication and relationship development
    • Employment and education support

    Requirements: 

    • A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
    • SPA membership (or eligibility)
    • Relevant professional registration
    • A commitment to evidence-based, client-centred practice
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Passion for supporting clients across the lifespan
    • NDIS experience (desirable but not essential)
    • Valid Working With Children Check and relevant clearances
