Shifa Health Clinic is seeking a paediatric Speech Pathologist (Contractor) to join our warm, supportive, and growing team ð¤

We are an NDIS registered provider working primarily with children and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Our practice is family-centred, culturally responsive, and grounded in genuine care—for both our clients and our clinicians.

This is a mobile, community-based role, with sessions primarily located in the Canterbury–Bankstown area. We offer real flexibility, strong clinical support, and excellent remuneration—without burnout culture or unrealistic targets.

 About the Role

• Deliver speech pathology services to paediatric NDIS participants

• Work closely with families from a wide range of cultural backgrounds

• Collaborate with support coordinators, educators, and allied health professionals

• Complete clinical documentation using provided systems and templates

• ABN

• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• National Police Check

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

• Current Speech Pathology Australia membership
