The Role - 5 Days - 3 / 2 Flexible working arrangements. Ad hoc travel to sites 18 month fixed-term contract.
As Technical Lead, you will provide technical leadership across a range of digital transformation initiatives. You’ll guide solution design, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, and support delivery teams to implement secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
Working within the Digital Transformation Office, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, data and functional leads, and external partners to deliver integrated, fit-for-purpose outcomes across the organisation.

· Work closely with business stakeholders to solve complex problems
· Manage technical risks, dependencies, and governance requirements
About you
You’re a strategic and hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex problems and working collaboratively across teams. You can translate technical concepts into practical solutions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading technical delivery within transformation or IT program
- Strong solution architecture and design capability
- Experience working across architecture, infrastructure, and development teams
- Exposure to cloud platforms, integration architecture, and enterprise systems
- Experience working within governance frameworks and managing technical risks
- Ability to work effectively with vendors and implementation partners
- Strong communication and documentation skills
