The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll plan, coordinate and oversee all training requirements for our construction team members, working closely with both external training providers and internal stakeholders.

You'll make sure all training activities meet compliance requirements and remain valid and up to date for all new and existing team members. You'll also take ownership of maintaining accurate training records, proactively managing the training register, and supporting a culture of continuous learning. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager this role is based out of our Girraween office.

You will bring:

  • Previous administration or coordination experience in a training environment, either in house or in an RTO
  • The ability to proactively coordinate and organise a high volume of training courses (eg: white card, working at heights, confined space, etc) in a fast paced and flexible construction program
  • Experience in managing e-learning and management systems such as Talent LMS Beakon or similar is highly regarded
  • Strong skills in excel (pivot tables, etc)
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Business, Learning & Development, etc) preferred but not essential
