Position Description:

·Positioning vehicles correctly for loading and unloading operations.

·Using lifting and tipping equipment to load and unload cargo.

·Following all safety procedures during loading and unloading activities.

·Conducting routine vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.

·Calculating load weights to meet legal limits and distributing weight safely.

·Securing and covering goods properly to avoid damage or loss.

·Checking delivery paperwork, inspecting goods’ condition, and obtaining delivery confirmations.

To be considered for this role, you should:

·A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC)driver's licence.

·Demonstrated experience in the Road Transport industry

·Minimum 1-2 years of road transport experience required

·Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and safe driving practices

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

·Valid work authorisation to work in Australia required

·Successful completion of police check and medical clearance required

Annual Salary: AUD 75,000 - 85,000
