About the Role
TCWA are looking for a driven, customer-focused and detail-oriented Warranty & Costing Specialist to join our Maddington team on a full-time basis. This is a key role responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty and work-in-progress (WIP) invoicing process - from claim initiation and documentation through to submission, tracking, reconciliation and finalisation.
As the central link between the factory, warehouse and support teams, you’ll ensure warranty and costing information is accurate, timely and clearly communicated. Your work will directly support business performance, compliance, and decision-making, with a strong focus on maximising warranty outcomes and profitability.

The Successful Applicant
- Demonstrated ability to analyse information and produce clear, concise reports
- Possess strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of OEM warranty requirements (highly desirable)
- Previous experience or exposure to a service or workshop environment (highly desirable)
- Contributes positively to team culture and promotes a supportive work environment
