At Silverise, we are dedicated to supplying our customers with the best drill string components for raise bore, blasthole, waterwell and numerous other drilling applications. As well as manufacturing our own products, we proudly distribute Indeco Australia rock breakers, pulverizers and compactors.

We are looking for an exceptional Welders to join our team.

Responsibilities of the Role

1. Reading and understanding of blueprints and plans.
2. Fabricating on mild/carbon/stainless steel.
3. Carrying out various welding processes including FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, TIG and MIG.
4. Operating specialized machinery including Submerged arc, plasma arc, overhead crane, oxy-acetylene welding and cutting – highly preferred.
5. Competent in using various hand and power tools.
6. Delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining strict compliance with safety standards and maintaining a clean and effective work environment.

Qualifications of the Role

1. Relevant experience in industrial welding and fabrication.
2. Trade qualification in Welding – desirable.
3. Must be able to read blueprints, plans, and drawings.
4. Familiarity with executing various welding operations and processes in compliance with safety policies.
5. Able to work independently on his/her own with limited supervision and a team player.
6. Be able to follow and carry out instructions cooperatively and accurately.
7. Have a can-do attitude and want to learn.

The ideal candidate will receive a salary within the range of $75,000 to $95,000 annually.
